Set in the undulating Worcestershire countryside with views of Bredon Hill and the Malvern Hills, Besford Private Estate is also comfortably close to Pershore.

The estate has a long history and retains a peaceful feel and lots of character within its thirty-five acres. Enjoy the Woodland Walk, stroll through the fields, admire the formal gardens, use the residents’ community hall for your private functions, or just live quietly in one of our older or newer properties. There are fifty-seven in total, all set with green space around them.

For those of us who like keeping fit, use the private tennis court or a field for ball games. Walking the dogs is easy and there are many footpaths in the surrounding locale for extended walks. Watch out for the wildlife…there are plenty of deer to see.

A couple of miles away lies the small market town of Pershore. It offers boutique shops, restaurants and hotels, the stunning Abbey Church of the Holy Cross set in the Abbey Park, and an exciting array of activities such as the famous ‘Plum Festival’. All this with the River Avon flowing past on it’s south east aspect.
